Hard Work Improves Taste of Food

My kids picking strawberries we grew in our tiny patch in our tiny backyard.

Here's some science just released from the University down the street from my house. Johns Hopkins just completed a study that proved that food tastes better when you work for it. Another push to seek out fresh, healthy ingredients from your own garden, a farmers' market or a local farm store. That extra efforts will make them all the more desirable and tasty to you.
