Another Reason to put the Kids to Bed

We are all familiar with the advice in Doctrine and Covenants 88:124
Cease to be idle; cease to be unclean; cease to find fault one with another; cease to sleep longer than is          needful; retire to thy bed early, that ye may not be weary; arise early, that your bodies and your minds may be invigorated.

In case you are wanting some evidence to support that one, check out this article in USA Today. Kids that get enough sleep are less likely to be obese among other health benefits. It's not just about beauty; it is about total health.

    I know I never comment, but I have faithfully reading since you started this blog. I love the message. So many people think that they are following the word of wisdom as long as they don't drink coffee or alcohol, but there is much more. I love that you have found so much to back it up.
