Link Love: 101 Cookbooks

Super Natural Cooking: Five Delicious Ways to Incorporate Whole and Natural Foods into Your Cooking Super Natural Every Day: Well-loved Recipes from My Natural Foods Kitchen
If you haven't found it yet I am delighted to introduce you 101 Cookbooks. Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks, has put together a fantastic food blog. This is one of the most organized, most beautiful ones I know of. Her cook books are no different. I bought her first book, Super Natural Cooking: Five Delicious Ways to Incorporate Whole and Natural Foods into Your Cooking over a year ago thinking I would give it away. I won't tell you who it was intended for because I never did give it away, because I like it too much. The mesquite chocolate chip cookies are among, if not the best cookies I've ever made. Really. The recipes are well tested and fantastic and her photos of them are stunning. And now there are more of them, since she has a new book on the way. Super Natural Every Day: Well-loved Recipes from My Natural Foods Kitchen will be out in April. Maybe it should be the book in my Easter basket this year (I maintain my parents' tradition and put a new book in everyone's Easter basket). But even if you aren't getting a book in your easter basket or can't wait that long you are still in luck. Heidi posted a PDF Preview from the book with a few recipes that look great. I will be making that ravioli with the cilantro-pepita pesto in the next week or so.  Oh, yes. Check it out.
