So the government has new eating guidelines out. They don't know everything just yet, so they revise every few years. The info is not in print just yet but you can see it
here in all of its wordy glory. I got bored reading it and wish someone could just cut the chase already and stop trying to please so many special interest groups, sheesh. That said, there are some real improvements in the update. And advocacy for
alternative protiens, legumes and tofu. Wow.
