Please bring a 3 ring binder, some loose leaf notebook paper and something to write with. We will be passing out informational handouts and recipes. Each month you can add to your binder and keep all information together in one place.
We look forward to seeing you! If you would like to bring a dish to share, the food theme for this month is Alternate sources of Protein. This does not necessarily mean Garden Burgers and Tofurky. This means legumes, protein packed grains, vegetables high in proteins etc. We would like to try things that are "tried and true". We will post recipes on this blog as well as hand them out that evening.
